The 2009 Blue and Orange Ball, held at the Sebel Hotel on 22 August was a great success. It is a tribute to the hard work of CIKA President, Sandra Lehrer, Vice President, Ellen Webb, and the dedicated committee that the event raised around $83,000 in these difficult economic conditions.

The silent auction raised over $20,000 all of which will go to funding research. A big thank-you to everyone who donated items for sale and helped to run the auction.
