CIKA's Children - Cancer in Kids @ RCH - CIKA

CIKA's first three children were Wendy, Scott and Katrina. It is from them that CIKA got its logo. Click on each of the pictures to read their stories.

Wendy planted nasturiums in front of her playhouse and her last words were "Are my flowers growing yet?"
Scott liked chasing seagulls on the beach.

Katrina liked butterflies.

Since then there have been many more. Here are some of them.

John Tasker, Katie's father and one of CIKA's founders, passed away on 29th October 2017. His son Rick delivered the eulogy at his funeral, in which he made reference to John's work for CIKA. You can read it by clicking here.
