Each Christmas the Herbert Street families in Middle Park have a get together to celebrate and enjoy the wonderful friendships that have been established over several years. For the 2011 event they combined fun and fellowship with fundraising for CIKA.

Matt Johnson made available a large donation of Cadbury Chocolates and Gillian Kemp, whose favorite charity is CIKA, decided that a raffle at the party was a great way to reflect on the spirit of Christmas.

Very quickly information about CIKA was downloaded from the website, raffle tickets organized and Gillian, with her usual flair, wrapped and decorated the chocolates.

A lot of fun was had, Santa visited, the children received gifts and $182.00 was raised for CIKA.

Santa's arrival, although a little unconventional, was much anticipated by the younger residents.

He was soon surrounded by his fans.
