Trentham Market stall - Cancer in Kids @ RCH - CIKA

The CIKA Trentham Market stall is run by Ruth Edelsten and her band of enthusiastic helpers on the last Sunday of each month.

You can find it at Trentham Railway Station in Victoria Street.

November 2018. We now have a new helper, Monique McKibbin, at most of our Trentham Markets. In November, this little star presented Ruth Edelsten with an envelope containing money for CIKA. She raised this money by making lemonade and selling it outside her home in Gisborne. She is pictured here with her Nanny, Kaye Butterley; she is also the granddaughter of long-time CIKA supporter Lesley Mckibbin who, sadly, passed away in March.

April 2017. The chilly Autumn morning did not deter the many shoppers who attended. The children seen above love their beanies, jumpers and of course their beanie bears generously donated by Nola. If you are in the area on the last Sunday of the month why not drop in to say hello to the team at the Trentham Railway Station in Victoria Street, two of whom are shown below?

The CIKA stall at The Pines, East Doncater.

In addition to the stalls that are run each month at Trentham and in the foyer of the Royal Children's Hospital, CIKA stalls can be seen from time to time in other venues. One of the most popular of these is that run by Pam and Lois at The Pines Shopping Centre on the corner of Blackburn and Reynolds Road, Doncaster East. In April 2014 this stall moved from its previous venue in the car park to a prominent spot in the food court. You can read more by clicking here.
